You are absolutely correct.
She would be wise to conserve her energy, seek to recuperate, and then return to race in late-October.
The media will not criticize her and she could then spend $1B+ in the final two weeks.
If I had a complicit media I would definitely do that.

The only time her poll numbers go down is when she opens her mouth. That just doesn’t seem to happen much now that she’s running for president.
