Can we please stop with the “Dinosaur Media Death Watch” labeling of the MSM as some here on FR do? They are obviously not dying at all with the tremendous amount of influence they still maintain. Of course it does not help when you have a GOP (with the exception of Trump) that is completely clueless when it comes to combatting them.
The GOP and conservative media are at best lukewarm toward Trump and in many cases hostile to him. You can count the conservative or semi-conservative talkers and Republican politicians who are actively pro-Trump and not run much over a couple of dozen. The MSM is doing a full court press against Trump, more than they did against either Bush, McCain, or Romney. The same politicians and pundits were telling conservatives four years ago to suck it up and support Romney are not doing so this time.
