The lesser devout support them and protect them to varying degrees. Ask yourself how many times you have seen a muslim turn in another muslim and prevented an attack? Never! In fact after the Paris attack, one of the cowards fled to Belgium and hung out in his muslim hood for weeks, the police finally caught him shopping!
