That is the way I read it too. Hillary's server had already been bought and paid for by our enemies but they needed an attack vector and her e-mail server served as the launch pad into secured networks. Judicial Watch is doing some fine work here exposing the corruption (and most likely treasonous acts); I have to hand it to them after years of being disappointed by that outfit. Its up to us out here now to spread the word/information far and wide that he media will not so their hard work does not go to waste.

The AP reported last year that in the early morning hours of Aug. 3, 2011, Clinton received infected emails, disguised as speeding tickets from New York.
