BALTIMORE A judge here is set on Thursday morning to deliver the verdict in the murder trial of the police officer who drove the van in which Freddie Gray is believed to have sustained the spinal cord injury that killed him.
The officer, Caesar R. Goodson Jr., faces seven charges, including one count of second-degree depraved heart murder and three counts of manslaughter, in the highest-profile trial of any of the six officers charged in connection with Mr. Grays death.
The ruling by Judge Barry G. Williams of Baltimore City Circuit Court will be a crucial moment for a sprawling prosecution that has so far failed to deliver a conviction.

So do they expect a riot with this not guilty verdict?
Will Obama weigh in?
To: 1Old Pro
Not surprising and definitely the right verdict. Now we wait for the reaction.

Whoops. Did the judge read the prosecution the riot act? Will they proceed to #4? They’re hittin’ ZERO prosecution so far. Not guilty or charges dismissed.
