Breaking news by Stu Varney. Supreme Court was tied 4 to 4, so the lower court decision stands against Obama's Immigration plan.
SCOTUS violates its own precedents when expedient, so there is only transient value to any decision. Obama will just take his policy underground. Congress won't do anything but make political hay out of it.
The only "win" is rhetorical. Boots on the ground is Obama's policy.
Class, any more questions as to why Trump MUST be elected?
Yes, this 4-4 vote shows that there are four liberals on the court, who will vote the liberal way, no matter what the facts of a case, no matter what the evidence indicates, no matter what laws are being evaluated.
Which also reinforces the point of what is at stake in this election. A president Hillary will appoint more doctrinaire liberals to the courts, including the Supreme Court. These liberal judges vote in lockstep, regardless of the facts or evidence in a case.
So will Obama be pissed off, and give another angry speech, sort of how he was so pissed off at Trump over the Orlando shooting????

When Trump is elected president, the whole atmosphere in the US will change. No more split of Americans. No more welfare. Work will be rejoiced. It will be a happy day for 80 percent of Americans. Hope will be alive again. No more attacking Christians. BUT we must NOT get complacent. We must remain in warrior mode. Evil will not take Trump’s win lightly; and we should not take it for granted.

Now governor Abbott from Texas can deny all those Cubans and terrorist Muslims from being settled in our state and can also deport all those “ make America Mexico again” crowd!!!! Hip hip hooray
Yeah I just saw that. Indeed good news as well. Like that song says: riding high in April, shot down in May. Too bad we can most likely hear more bad than good news today, but we can always hope that is not the case.

Thanks DSD - you’re echoed my argument but stated it much more elegantly than I have. SCOTUS is hopelessly politicized - on the left.
The agencies have been ignoring orders to halt their actions. Will they continue to ignore? After all, what will happen if they do? Just another lawsuit.
Now, for enforcement. How do we get Obama to show respect to the court, our Constitution, and us by immediately deporting these 4+ million illegal aliens?
1) THE STATES who are constitutionally sovereign against foreign invasion, once the people of each state decide freedom from federal tyranny is more important than dependence on federal funding and force the issue accordingly through initiatives, propositions, recall, and their representatives.
2) CONGRESS through impeachment and removal if the American People made it plain that the jackals in D.C. were going to lose their cushy jobs.
I don’t think this will affect the refugee resettlement program.
And tell all the apoplectic, whiny screaming liberals ... ... live with the Law of the Land. Yippee-Ki-Yay ...
