So say you, but not the Constitution. Article V is for AMENDING the Constitution, not enforcing it.

Review the basic assumptions of the Constitution as confirmed by the Ninth and Tenth Amendments. The states are constitutionally sovereign outside constitutionally delegated authority of the feds. The states have not only the constitutional right but the DUTY to resist and nullify unconstitutional federal acts which, as I say, is the very definition of tyranny.

Good luck with that. I DON'T Disagree, only trying to respond practically. The system has been so destroyed that we no longer live under the Constitution or are we a nation of laws. Did you listen to the crying boy king this morning on his scathing rebuttal to the Supremes regarding the Dicktator's illegal amnesty? Obie is not going to stop before he leaves office on Jan 20, and Speaker Rhino and McConnell are not going to do anything to stop him.

What is indeed scary is that FOUR SCOTUS Justices actually believe that laws can be created and issued from the White House. So any current belief that the laws and the Constitution is going to protect us is fool hardy IMHO.
