So, Obama wants the election as choice of Open Borders (anyone and everyone, ignore our laws, take our jobs, kill our citizens, drain our government resources) vs. America First (enforce our laws, jail/deport lawbreakers, etc.), where does he really think Americans today will vote?

Yup, bring it on.

Since Trump is willing to take one side of this issue, rather than straddling it -- we'll see how the people vote.

So far, the Democrats are angling to make the election a referendum on these issues:

1. Gun control.
2. Illegal immigration.
3. Islamic extremism.
4. Middle Eastern policy.
5. Obamacare.

These are all losers for the Democrats. Only the ignorance of the average voter, the partisanship of the Enemedia, and the government gravy train is propping them up.

It purported to be an exercise of “prosecutorial discretion” to delay or defer removal proceedings against an entire class of about four million illegal immigrants. The memo repeatedly stated that it did not create a new class of alien (only Congress can do that) and that the deferral program was not intended in any way to act as a “path to citizenship.”

That’s the lie; the program was clearly intended to create a class of immigrants lawfully present in the United States, and to put them on a path to citizenship by granting them work permits, workers’ compensation and unemployment benefits, and drivers’ licenses.

The scam works this way: signed Boobamba memos "delegate" to federal agencies orders to come up with plans (that must advance Boobamba's global conspiracy to overthrow the US govt w/ Third World federales and their cadres jumping the US border).

The federal agencies then "invent" Committees to do this (the better to overthrow the US govt). Then "Administrative Rules," after a comment period, will be published in the "Code of Federal Regulations," which magically turns them into law........ using federal fairy dust.

So Boobamba is shielded from responsibility---he doesn't have to take the hit. Behind closed doors, he tells federal factotums what he wants.....and faster than you can say "the combo plate w/ extra hot sauce".....the overthrow of the US govt commences.

THE "DELEGATION" HORROR STORY--A Federal agency MO since 1946. It's down to a science: (1) publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), (2) make the comment period really short, (3) stonewall any negative comments, and, (4) publish the rule, which (5) NOW has the force of US law. No Congressman was ever involved, and Boobamba doesn't leave his DNA on it. It turns out that since SCOTUS tied 4 to 4 it doesn't have precedential value. The ruling only applies narrowly to this one circumstance, but it sounds like O isn't going to pursue it further so it's pretty final for now.
