Isn’t this now “settled law” and the communists are supposed to give up forever and move on? Believe that is what we are told when we lose at the SCOTUS.
Could the USSC simply be saying that they have had enough of Mr. Obama?
It turns out that since SCOTUS tied 4 to 4 it doesn't have precedential value. The ruling only applies narrowly to this one circumstance, but it sounds like O isn't going to pursue it further so it's pretty final for now.
