Exit will never happen. In spite of the vote, neither the Conservative or Labour party want to leave. They will stall things for a few years and then announce that since so much time has passed the vote is not valid. They will promise another vote in 10 years, and so on, and so on. UKIP would have to be in majority control of Parliament for an exit to happen, and they are worlds away from that.
Ya know, you are a real buzz killer.
And Trump will never get 1237 either, eh?
I had someone tell me something similar - the referendum is a “what do you think?”, not a “what will we do?” That the government can negotiate an exit or outright ignore the will of the people.
But if it is a majority “leave”, a parliamentary system can more rapidly be changed if the government says “well, you said leave, but we say stay”.
And choosing to dither while “Leave” sentiment grows (as EU financial demands along with edicts grow, as people who vote remain in the name of that dead MP fade in the face of Muslim migrant demands and crimes) WILL lead to parliamentary change.
After all, they had existing migrants and their British born sons do this.

And now they’re adding a whole lot more Muslims with even more retrograde attitudes because they are more fundamentalist than post-colonial Pakistanis who were closer to British norms.
If they stall, civil war?
