I would not bet on that. Last time Scotland voted to stay in the UK by a very large margin. Plus by the time another referendum on Scotland leaving comes around there might not be an EU to join. The UK leaving the EU could very well mean the end of the EU.

The Scotland thing is just the Left wing propaganda machine going into overdrive that a horrible unaccountable extremely expensive bureaucracy that the British people have no say in was rejected.
