I don't want to come across as, God forbid, "racist"
but most of the non-white African, Arab and other people seem to be incapable of taking care of themselves without help from the "white" world.

I understand; she is angry because to her that is all this is about. In her mind (and the minds of many libs), darker Third Worlders are ENTITLED to the infrastructure built by, and tax dollars taken from, white Europeans. The Brits asserting their independence, rather than returning to their traditions and preferred form of government, are just hating on darkies...
