I agree. I have a friend who loves to throw out these stupid Proggie memes on FB. When you counter it with facts, he throws some snarky little comment back and then when you hit him with more facts, he just says, “Agree to disagree.”
Last night, he posted some thing about Brexit where he said that the UK without the EU would become Haiti because they’re both islands. After his “Agree to disagree” conversation-ender, I posted back, “Then, pull this lie of yours down immediately or I’m going to continue to humiliate you with facts.”
So, he posted another Brexit meme a couple hours later and I responded to that. I was unfriended this morning.
Mission accomplished! He’s dead to me anyway.
