America of today is not the America we were raised in..and if Hillary Clinton is returned to the White House, this Nation will not survive.

Agreed.

Well regarding the only reference to 'Woman' in the US Constitution is for the Amendment 19 - Women's Suffrage Rights.

There is no 'abortion' listed in the US Constitution.

So according to the Libs, you have a Constitution right to abort your baby even thought there is no mention in the US Constitution.

Yet the Libs say Americans should not have guns when the US Constitution plainly states "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Article II

None of the THREE woman on this Court has ever had a baby..they do not know the joy of having a child...to look at them they more than likely never enjoyed the companionship and love of a MAN either...

“Long time” as in forever.

As in...we'll be destroyed by someone before we can ever turn around.

May Anthony Kennedy prepare for his final resting place along with the justices that gave us Roe v. Wade

Sickening and appalling, Judges governing from the bench like tyrants.

The poor babies. I hope these Supremes get to experience the same torment as the ripped up babies they left unprotected when they go in for their final judgment and get their eternal “reward”.

I hope Texas starts a Texit movement.

Personally I really doubt Trump thought she would make a great justice or would have seriously considered his sister.

Of course. The only people pushing that nonsense are sore loser Cruzers and tantruming never Trumpers.

“Having had abortions, are they biased?”

“They must divulge how many abortions they have experienced personally.”

There were opportunities to ask the 'how many abortions have you had at each it their confirmation hearings, but none of the GOP senators bothered to ask that question.

I’ve reached the point where i’m THIS close to hating this country. If there was any sort of transport to a “New World” somewhere I would making plans to get the hell out of here.

If you are a believer in Christ our citizenship is not on this planet.

True. It’s over if Hillary wins. We won’t have Supreme Court in decades. Yes we have won a lot over the last 20 years but that will stop. The court will be extremely important because Obama filled the lower court with a bunch of communists.

‘It’s ok for a government to regulate coal companies to the point of bankruptcy because the government has that right.

It’s perfectly ok for the government to force people to buy health insurance just because they’re alive because it’s like a tax and it’s not the role of the Supreme Court to correct bad legislation.

It’s perfectly fine for the government to restrict the 2nd amendment rights because it’s an outdated law.’

They started driving coal companies out of business in 1970, only time small companies came first cause they didn’t have the money to fight.

States rights just got gutted.

Now let’s see what happens to the rate of marriage and co-habitation. Women just got the ultimate get even card. Make one phone and a man no longer has the rught to protect himself or his home.

The congress can override rulings of the Court. They won’t but they could.

Sometimes I wish I had stayed in bed.

Drudge link, “undue burden on Women’s Rights”.

Waiting for the Headline, “undue burden on Second Amendment Rights”.

"I’d drop the admitting privileges provision."

That was my thought as well.

Make the law STRICTLY about cleanliness.

It will pass.

Then throw it back at the supremes and have then come down on the side of filthy, back alley Gosnells.
