I contend that even if Trump wins, we could still end up losing for the same reasons if Congress and the bureaucracy remain largely unchanged. Trump will have quite the uphill battle to get anything he needs to do in motion. But what exceeds Brexit’s chances of success is Trump is a fighter who will take it straight to WTP, like Reagan did so often. Winning the electorate may seem like child’s play to actually pushing back the massive elitist agenda, but if Trump and WTP are up to the task ( a dubious assumption at best), success (growth) may be in our favor for the first time in a long while. This battle has only just begun. It will be a long road even after all the votes are counted. I remain cautiously optimistic, but that is a giant step up from where I was in 2008. Brexit will have a chance for greatness only if they flush many of their own cogs in their bureaucratic wheels. I wish the Brits great success in overcoming their own demons, because they would become a strong partner in a post-globalist worldly direction.
