The FBI did not alert numerous Americans that they were placed on secret Islamic State kill lists or notify their local police about the potential dangers, a lapse in the government’s efforts to combat the terrorist group’s evolving strategy to target everyday citizens.
To date, the terror group that goes by the acronym ISIS has published on encrypted web sites several hit lists naming more than 15,000 people it would like to see killed by sleeper cells or lone wolves in New York, Texas, Florida and California.
The lists aren’t public but Circa News obtained copies of some and made sample calls to the everyday Americans who appeared on them, from college professors and military personnel to art collectors and homemakers.
In Texas alone, Circa identified 22 people in a sampling of 24 names who did not receive any notification that they were in ISIS’s crosshairs. It also identified two local police departments whose citizens were on the list that also got no alert from the FBI.

The majority of those elite globalists “in power” don’t care if citizens of their own country live/die as long as they stay in power .... that’s the plain truth. What sickens me even more is that they not only neglect their duty, but they want to eliminate the ability of the ‘regular’ folks to defend themselves as well ... says a lot about “motive”. After San Jose, where police stood by & let citizens get hurt because they feared for their own safety, I had a chat with some relatives about the police - they were shocked to learn that there is no “duty to protect” except in a very few states that have it in their state constitutions.
I don’t believe, despite his best intentions, that Trump can “fix” all that is wrong or even come close to it. I think he will buy us more time, maybe he’ll get the ship of state headed in a different direction - one can only pray for this. If Hilly the criminal is elected, I think she’s going to be so bad that she’ll push the domestic populace past the breaking point and into a shooting war of some kind .... with the rabid left or with those agencies/groups Obama has already weaponized. She’s already a walking foreign policy disaster so we may end up in WWIII abroad.

The number is not referring to handicapped individuals, it is referring to individuals with disabilities, which I have discovered can include things like partial hearing loss or even hemorrhoids.
The only change for good would be a Trump presidency and for him to do exactly what he said he would. Otherwise it would be like Jorge Busho's second term.
