FYI -

The latest public data I saw shows an FBI force of 39,000 personnel. About 13,000 are field agents. About 26,000 are desk jockeys, lab workers and others. Of that 26,000, about 2,500 are classified as handicapped.

Bet that 10,000 are probably muslim or affirmative action hires.. Would not surprise me.

The number is not referring to handicapped individuals, it is referring to individuals with disabilities, which I have discovered can include things like partial hearing loss or even hemorrhoids.
