Democratic Candidate Hillary Clintons plan to staple a green card to the diplomas of foreign students graduating with masters and PhDs in the Science, Technology, Education, and Mathematics fields would hurt the job prospects and wages of American graduates already struggling in a glutted labor market, according to Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL)...
Sessions argues Clintons plan is a rehashing of what the industry-backed advocates seeking lower priced labor have dubbed immigration reform. In the end, the Alabama lawmaker charges, the plan would largely serve to hurt Americans.
He cited the work of Ron Hira, Paula Stephan, Hal Salzman, Michael Teitelbaum, and Norm Matloff, a group of professors and researchers who have conducted research on the impact of immigration on STEM jobs and wages in the U.S. They concluded in a joint op-ed that there is an ample supply of American workers (native and immigrant, citizen and permanent resident) who are willing and qualified to fill the high-skill jobs in this country and that they have been unable to find any credible evidence of a labor shortage...

Hitlary will do anything to garner more votes.
Girlfriend does not understand what immigration is...
We have to face facts. The Progressives of both parties see white Americans as a source of labor with a strong Puritan work ethic. In their future, we aren’t leaders, scientists, engineers, teachers, etc. They see us as field hands and ditch diggers. They want to destroy our expectations of a certain standard of living so that we will accept their handouts and work like galley slaves for an additional pittance to buy a small luxury or two.
We gave away our birthright to people who are incapable of creating a free society and democratic form of government. History proves that. And we gave it away in exchange for professional sports, entertainment, a couple extra dollars in the 401k or stock portfolio, and a sense of guilt for injustices that happened long before we were born. And when I say “we” I mean every generation back to WW2.
Our sense of justice demanded that we make everyone whole and now that we are about to be their slaves, don’t expect them to ever take the boot off our necks willingly. Their history is one of “might makes right”, “elections have consequences”, and “We Won!”
Our future slave masters are not Christians. They are Atheists and Muslims and pagans and Humanists. Some of them make sounds as if they are Christian, but they are really Humanists. For them, there is no real higher power than the power that each one individually controls.
PING
Ping to thread.
We’re all with you, Bryan.
Nice deconstruction.....Trump oughta jump on the “sense of Guilt” which has been foisted on us for the sole purpose of expanding the giveaays.
This is especially useful.......”we’re supposed to make everyone on the globe whole,” and in the process become slaves to finance their every whim..... “dont expect them to ever take the boot off our necks willingly.”
NOTE Nowhere in the US Constitution does it say Americans should be forced to foster the self-esteem of Third World

American citizens are to be seen as just another Big Sam from ‘Gone with the Wind’...a field ni**er. And in some instances just another slave in the harem of a potentate.
That would be covered by the H2A Ag worker visa. If you need a ni**er to sweep up around the shop, that would be covered by the H2B Non-Ag worker visa. Both are temporary visas
What they are talking in this article is the H1B visa which is the technical-professional visa which is a dual use visa that is issued as temporary but if a sponsor is available, it can be converted to a permanent visa(green card)
And to be more specific, they are talking about individuals who entered the country on a student visa, paid top dollar tuition rates, and got a masters or phd in stem.
After they are educated in the US, do you then send them somewhere else in the world to work? Or do you give them a H1B visa or green card. Or why even do we educate them if we are going to send them elsewhere?
The underlying problem here is that native born americans don't pursue advanced degrees in stem, so if you were to reduce the number of student visas for those seeking advanced degrees in stem, many US universities would have to discontinue or curtail their advanced degree programs in stem.
In reality that’s what happens now.
They graduate, get an F1-OPT visa that allows them to work here for 3 years. During that time their employer sponsors a green card. Very few of them ever return home.
The scary thing is that a lot of schools out there are nothing but diploma mills running backdoor immigration scams.
The Leftists are always looking for some new faux poster boy victim to exploit to find a way to suck up more money from taxpayers to hand off to one of their buddies for a redivert back into their own pockets aren’t they?
Oh I think she does. They're the slaves she hires to keep her mansions clean and knows they'll obey or she'll have them deported.
immigrants don’t get deported...
illegal aliens get deported...
again...she doesn’t know what immigration really is...
those are not “immigrants” so called “hiding in the shadows”
I’m an immigrant and in 45 years I haven’t been so called “hiding in the shadows”, or afraid of being deported just for being here, and Ive walked down the street in the open knowing that I belong here and my presence is not a crime...
immigrants don’t sneak into America...
immigrants go through a legal process and apply to come here and don’t come until after they have been given permission from our government to do so...
anything else has nothing to do with immigration..

Too damn many foreign students, that are just ripe to be plucked by American businesses at lower salary costs.
America First.
Besides, how can we actually verify that those foreign students will NOT take their education back to their country of origin, and devise some newfangled mousetrap to unleash upon US?
