I have read about this a few years ago, a rather interesting piece. It boggles the mind as to who over two thousand years ago had not only the knowledge to design it along with the skills to machine something like this and what tools were used. Maybe, just maybe there was some influence from something or someone Out there As it s hard to imagine that it was all Home grown

It is easier for me to imagine that we know a tiny fraction of what the ancients know than the outer space visitors came down, built stuff, and disappeared, never to come back.
I read four of the Erich von Daniken books, and he is crazy. (My excuse was that I was in fourth grade, and guillible at the time). I met his nephew, and told him his uncle was crazy, and he said, "Yes, but he's rich." I didn't argue with that.
