Hours after FBI agents interviewed her at the bureau’s Washington headquarters for three hours Saturday, sources inside the Department of Justice are spreading the word high and low that Hillary Clinton will not be indicted for her private email server and handling of classified materials outside of secure government channels.
According to multiple media outlets DOJ sources said the FBI investigation marks the end of the probe and there will be no indictment.
It was an investigation FBI Director James Comey told reporters May 11 that he was watching personally. “I remain close to that investigation, to ensure that it’s done well and has the resources that are needed.”
Donald J. Trump tweeted earlier Saturday: “It is impossible for the FBI not to recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton. What she did was wrong! What Bill did was stupid!”
The New York City developer followed with: “It was just announced-by sources-that no charges will be brought against Crooked Hillary Clinton. Like I said, the system is totally rigged!”
Because Trump was one of the first to get the news, it may be that he heard it through a channel established years ago. When the FBI Director was President George W. Bush’s U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, based in Manhattan, his colleague due south was then-U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Chris Christie, the current governor of New Jersey and on the shortest of short lists of men Trump could pick for the vice-presidential slot. Comey and Christie became partners in fighting crime and terrorism and remain close friends

Yes, to anyone who works for the federal government with a security clearance, the email story is plain. She broke the law. Several, really. So, the question is; Is Hillary Clinton above the law? That is where we stand. The old statement, “nobody is above the law” is being tested. It’s possible that Hillary may be. Agnew wasn’t, Nixon wasn’t, Hastert wasn’t, but Hillary??? Maybe?
You can’t read this story and not see several laws being broken. And the defense that previous Secretaries of State did it, doesn’t hold water. Because they were working under previous rules, and previous technology, and previous laws. Hillary had very specific laws and rules, which she blatantly ignored. How about the part where she tells an underling to remove the Top Security warning and send the email anyway.

I would think Obama would have leverage over the Clintons though. With the stroke of a pen Obama could have ruined Hilary. Not sure Bill would be the one threatening Lynch, I would think it would have been the other way around. My guess is a payoff to Obama and his cronies for letting her off scot-free.

I think it would be hilarious if she really was told she’d get off free and then told a few weeks later that she was being charged.
The first witness Hillary would call would be Obama himself, who plainly knew of the bogus server. It seems obvious enough that the Obama justice department and the FBI are not going to be willing to go there. If we can defeat Hillary at the polls then three might be some shot at putting her in prison or arranging some sort of a GOT style walk of shame for her...

Actually, she said she would *accept* the FBIs recommendations, not follow them.
I think we have to use Clinton style parsing here.
My prediction. The AG will announce no indictment. The FBI director will say he cannot comment, then a slow bloody leak will start of all the evidence of criminal acts committed by the Clintons.
