Bill simply reminded Lynch that they have a file on her and her husband almost as thick as the one they have on Obama.
That's my line of thinking - at the moment.
And you could bet anyone appointed by the Clintons were picked just by their ability to be blackmailed. I often think a lot of Congress is in the same boat...they were picked by their party and promoted because once they were in office they could be persuaded to follow a course of action favorable to the powers that be by threat.
