It’s a smock thats made of thick material that covers a prisoner. The Prisoner doesn’t wear any clothes at all underneath it and he can’t tie the smock like you could a pair of pants and hang yourself.

It’s not a straight jacket like most would assume.At least the one I saw wasn’t like a straight jacket.
