INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) Rumors continue to swirl around Indiana Governor Mike Pence.
Speculation continues on whether Donald Trump will pick Pence as a running mate.
One of Trumps former top aides is weighing in on a possible Pence selection, as is a fellow Midwestern governor.
Pence only has ten days to make the decision to continue in the race for governor, or join Donald Trump as the vice presidential candidate.
The governor spent the Fourth of July walking parades in Greene and Hamilton counties. This is after spending with weekend in New Jersey meeting with Trump.
He said the two of them talked about family. He also said they discussed the future of Indiana and the country.
Now the people closest to him are talking about the possible Trump-Pence ticket
I do think, when you look at Governor Pence, hes the type of person who can help unite the party, said Corey Lewandowski, Trumps former campaign manager. He) has a number of years of Washington, D.C. experience. He was part of the leadership there. Hes gone back now and served as the chief executive of a very important state, a state that Donald Trump is going to need to win in order to be successful in this election.
Mike Pence is a great guy, he certainly would help in terms of party unity, said Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker. I was just down two weekends ago helping him out in his reelection for governor of Indiana. My guess is Mikes gonna stay focused on that.
If Pence accepts the VP nod, the State Republican Committee will choose a new candidate for governor. 24-Hour News 8s political reporter Jim Shella says the two likely candidates will be newly appointed Lt. Governor Eric Holcomb or House Speaker Brian Bosma.
OK with me.
i DONT BUY IT AT ALL..WISHFUL THINKING
It wont be pudding pence.
Pence, my Governor, is a closet Paul Ryan.
I think it will be either Newt or Joni.
They are both good for different reasons.
Pence doesn’t bring anything to the table as far as I can tell.
Typically, from what I’ve seen, the Presidential ticket has one person playing the PitBull and the other playing the statesman.
Trump has chosen to be the pit, so he’s picking somebody to play the statesman.
Rumors had Hillary in Orange today
George Will endorsed Pence for President.
The 10 day deadline, July 15th, is when the Indiana Republican Party would need to replace Pence to have a candidate on the November ballot for Governor.
Newt is good? How so? He’s a NWO globalist & CFR member!

Pence will decline if he was even offered the gig. Has he even endorsed Trump yet? He was a Cruz guy and never enthusiastic for Trump. Bad choice.
Pence used to be top notch but somewhere along the line he got Washingtonized.
It must not be *anyone* from our depraved political class. Stupid Party, Evil Party, or Other, they are all corrupt.
Gingrich is morally corrupt.
Pence folded like a cheap suit on religious freedom.
I find that not one VP choice is good enough. It’s impossible to satisfy everyone and only have to look around FR to see it. I believe worrying about his VP is overblown.
However, Trump maybe vetting a general for VP that Obama let go for some affront to him. A general for VP who dissed Obama. Uncorruptable?

Sounds good to me.
Never heard nor seen this guy Pence. I’ll reserve judgement for now. Is he a RINO?
If Trump wants my vote, he needs to nominate someone that knows and can navigate Congress - otherwise I don’t think Trump will accomplish jack squat. One obvious possibility there is Gingrich, who I think would add a lot to the Trump ticket in terms of intellect and knowledge of Congress. I also think he would add to the already formidable capabilities in the area of countering propaganda from the lying mainstream media.
I found the article. Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
