“The best way thing to do about fraud is say nothing”

Which is precisely what your post said nothing about.

Just the usual clap-trap about dead people voting and rigged e-voting machines and how the election doesn’t matter....woo is me!

Like I said, if you believe that clichéd garbage then don’t show up in November.

The Founders created our system of government precisely for this reason. No branch of the government can get away with abuse of power, and total disregard for the rule of law. Checks and balances.

Problem is, Congress is unwilling to do their job. They could have arrested and impeached these criminals (Lerner, Lynch, Comey, Obama, Holder, Hillary, Bill). It’s the remedy provided by the Constitution. And if we’re not willing to do it, we live with the consequences. And the Speaker of the House overtly supports the corruption.

The other branch, the Supreme Court, is stacked with traitors who put their personal agendas ahead of the constitution, the country, and the rule of law. Again, Congress screwed us by confirming liberal activists Sotomayor and Kagan. But our founders foresaw this too: Article III - Congress has the power to increase or decrease the number of Justices on the SC. And again, Congress is unwilling to do their job, which in my opinion is traitorous.

All three branches are compromised. But out brilliant Framers foresaw this possibility, too!

If the Entire Federal Government is corrupted (ya think?), The STATES have the power to take the country back. All by themselves, the STATES can change the Constitution, without any involvement from the feds.

Or, WE THE PEOPLE can take our country back by electing Donald Trump as President of the United States, and God willing, he’ll straighten this mess out.

Nice deconstruction......we the people, can also do this.

LET US DECLARE OUR COLLECTIVE OUTRAGE.
WE'VE BEEN HARMED BY OUR GOVERNMENT AND ITS OFFICIALS
HERE'S WHAT WE NEED TO TO DO NOW:

Americans injured by this incident, are able to file suit under the Federal Tort Claims Act.

Historically, under the doctrine of “sovereign immunity,” you were not permitted to sue the king. Sovereign immunity has carried over to modern times in the form of a general rule that you cannot sue the government — unless the government says you can.

Fortunately, the Federal Tort Claims Act (”FTCA”) allows certain kinds of lawsuits against federal employees who are acting within the scope of their employment. And not doing their job to protect the US from high crimes and misdemeaners is one of them,

If you believe you may have a claim for negligence (careless conduct, or other wrongful or “tortious” conduct) against a federal agency or employee, you must first determine whether you can sue the federal government under the FTCA.

Although the limitations and exceptions are too numerous to review here, here are some general guidelines regarding the limitations on FTCA claims:

• Only federal employees can be sued under the FTCA, not independent contractors hired by the federal government (unless they are treated like employees).

• The negligent or wrongful conduct must have been done within the scope of the defendant’s employment.

• In general, only claims of negligence — as opposed to intentional misconduct — are allowed (though some claims for intentional misconduct can be brought against certain federal law enforcement officers).

• The claim must be based on — and permitted by — the law of the state in which the misconduct occurred.

Despite these and numerous other limitations on FTCA lawsuits, the federal government still pays out millions of dollars each year to compensate FTCA claims. Maybe it will get someone’s attention. And I’ll bet I can find at least one hundred lawyers and a number of organizations that would like to get a piece of Uncle Sugar. (hat tip FReeper redwood71)

Brexit won against all odds, with a massive communist dictatorship in almost total control of Europe! Brexit still won handily!

Trump can win too, we need all of the good guys to come out and vote and we can do this!!

The electronic fraud is the scariest, Liz. A line could be inserted into a machine that says convert every 3rd R vote to a D vote, starting at 8am and at 9:05 pm, this line erases itself. Just as scary are the people who think this can’t happen and shove their heads in a place where they don’t have to listen or think about it... As seen... Bozo walks among us..

“That didn't matter as Lynch already said she would prosecute if FBI recommended it”

No she did not. She made a few confusing, contradictory statements. But what she said never mattered. There was no way Lynch or Obama’s DOJ would ever prosecute Clinton no matter what.

The system is totally corrupt.
