"Don't kid yourself. This is all about Hillary. If any federal employee thinks they will get a pass like Hillary they will be unemployed and or in prison."

Correct. The law will be used to protect the co-conspirators and to punish and eliminate the opposition.

“Correct. The law will be used to protect the co-conspirators and to punish and eliminate the opposition.”

And that is the ugly truth.
To add insult to injury, after misstating the law while admitting Clinton violated it, Obama/Clinton stooge Comey said that they would reserve the right to recommend prosecution if there were identical or even less egregious violations, presumably depending on the identity of the person being investigated.

Equal protection under law/life, liberty and property/liberty and justice for all ... it’s breath-taking in its crass contempt for the Constitution, stare decisis, due process and American notions of fundamental jurisprudential fairness.
This is Obama/Clinton Chicago-style political corruption under a spotlight.

The classified material portion of this case definitely required a criminal conspiracy. I will only focus on the TS/SAP material because those actions are tied to a better custody chain. That data was given to State by the originating source, and then should have been maintained in a State facility for securing that information. To get that onto Clinton's home server, somebody had to remove that material from that facility, make copies of it, remove all classification markings, and then send it over a non-secure system. All four of those actions are criminal in nature simply because the nature of the information involved. All of the people I know, that deal with TS material have a level of fear about its use, for good reason. Even when it is offered I will decline viewing TS data, unless in my own mind, I absolutely need it to complete my mission.

This whole affair is an insult to people that risk their very lives to get that data, the people in the US that dedicate their careers to publishing it, and the people who have pledged to secure it.
