Having lived in the Twin Cities for ten years, I have found that the police in that area are incompetent and dangerous. With the exception of rural sheriffs departments, I have little respect for Minnesota law enforcement.

Every American should read this. When you see these stories about trigger happy cops and how grand juries always let them skate, “thank” this guy. IMHO, he has the blood of hundreds on his hands:
