So do they call you a racist @sshole because that kind of crap is what comes out of you?
Just hours earlier, from the same room, Obama had ... mourned Alton Sterling [Bloods] ... and Philando Castile [Crips] ... had offered a litany of statistics of how blacks are treated by police to illustrate what he called conscious and unconscious biases and flaws in the criminal justice system, and said the nation must ask: What can we do better so that everybody feels as if theyre equal under the law?#1, throw Hillary in prison where she belongs; and #2, resign the Presidency.
So do they call you a racist @sshole because that kind of crap is what comes out of you?
I never mentioned race or color. the remark was in reference to culture/art/science/peace, etc.
' barak obama " (or whoever he really is) originally clained african heritage.
I could run down the list of misery exported from Africa, one example being slavery.
the definition of racist is a person who injects race into everything and uses it to propagate hatred, look in mirror please, not at me
Right, because there's another race than Black that's native to Africa.
Take your juvenile evasions and lies back to your stupid little classroom. And grow a conscience.

ha! :)
That is why many Americans, the law-abiding are gun owners.
give me a list of contributions to civilization that came from Africa,
I will help you with some topic ideas:
Science
Industrial advancements
Law/government advancements
Human Rights
ok I'll be waiting for this huge list , but I just expect more false accusations that I am a racist, even though race has abslolutly nothing to do with what I said and unless a racist comes along and tries to blame race for the problems in Africa all through history, then accuse me of it, which I NEVER DID (you did)
maybe YOU are the race baiting racist
BTW, my apologies to the continent of Africa for the inferrence that Barak Obama came from there
I don’t know how to break this to you, but you are writing off a billion people, an entire continent, and a human history that goes back over a hundred thousand years. You are also ignoring massive colonialism and suppression, for Britain and France and about everyone else, including the US and India, which has had a massive effect on civilized development in every country of Africa.
You are further discounting the value of the native cultures there, the human values, as literally not existing because they didn’t have an industrial revolution and couldn’t fight back against Western armies and banking systems.
Oh yeah, and you’re also ignoring the fact that every native culture there is black. Not white, not yellow - black. That actually matters when you are dismissing the value of every single human being on an entire continent - that they’re all black. And yeah, I think you meant to do that, and yeah, it’s racist. But really, your racism hardly compares to the level of stupidity you are displaying by disregarding the value of a million human beings, so don’t worry about it.
After all, what is the great value of the white Western culture that you apparently believe you represent, and the entirety of the study of humanities which it developed, if you can so casually dismiss the vast human value of all of those millions of people and their cultures, because they can’t provide you with the indoor plumbing or automobiles or wifi you prefer? Or because their culture is tribal and oral, rather than written and staturorily enforced?
You’re a joke.
I believe that sub-Saharan Africa’s failure to advance has been written about somewhat thoroughly by Thomas Sowell, who is probably still black unless he’s been ex-communicated or something.
I recall reading surprising facts along these lines:
“The wheel was never invented in Africa until the late 19th century”
“Helmeted Guinea Fowl. The only indigenous animal to be domesticated in Africa”
And here’s a direct quote from Sowell himself:
” Ideologues love to think of African poverty as caused by “exploitation” on the part of Western countries. But, with a few notable exceptions, Africa has had little to be exploited. Even at the height of European imperialism, there was far less foreign trade or foreign investment in the whole vast continent of Africa than in a little country like Belgium or Switzerland.”

I cant blame you really we are all well steeped in a culture of political correctness
again....my sincere apologies to the continent of Africa for blaming it for producing Barak and the Black Panthers, they arent its fault
and my apologies for offending you also, I will try to be more politically correct from now on
thank you for the scolding, I will be more careful in my comments
similar is true in America, black on black violence is horrible in the US cities, hundreds are killed by other blacks , only a handful killed by white police (mostly accidental or in defense)
it is so sad
I have some really nice African art from the late fifties my Uncle brought over, it litterally is worth almost nothing if I try to sell it, I have an ornate mask with a leopord skin face, and a carved bust and a 2' x 2' copper scene pounded out , but it would not even bring enough money to pay for shipping...why ? because the culture that produced it do not value it ?
This is somewhat disingenuous. There is such a thing as exploitation through limitation. Causing political and economic chaos has prevented the development of vast African oil and mineral reserves, for one thing, and thereby ensued the value of already developed reserves around the world. Africa is so gigantic that any developed industry there would impact global competition - and global competitors are well aware of it. Paying off political operations are therefore much, much cheaper than many alternatives.
Also, by no means am I leaving Africans off the hook. I'm just saying that crippling initial development has extremely long lasting effects.
Lord Peter Bauer is considered perhaps the greatest of development economists and Africa was one of his fields of study.
I don’t think that you’ll find anything resembling “exploitation through limitation” mentioned in any of his work on Africa. Indeed that phrase appears to turn on its head the usual complaint of regular old exploitation and I don’t think I’ve ever seen it before.
Anyway government to government foreign aid flooded into Africa after de-colonialization and the new leaders in Africa perfected the art of looting it. They were pros. They were also pretty good at intertribal slaughter, which had a big comeback after the colonial governments left.
Bauer was a major critic of foreign aid. He focused on the importance of the small scale local economy of people moving from subsistence agriculture to something better. The vast majority of sub-Saharan African people were involved in subsistence agriculture. That’s all that they had known for millennia in most of the continent.

Maybe m'Lord should have run a company in Silicon Valley, where creating barriers to market entry is the name of the game. Its really not a rare concept.

And you think the colonial and government investment and development powers and multinationals didn't know this would happen, and enable it? That it just happened on its own because them dang Africans just ain't civilized? A perfect example is Obama himself, who before he was elected went to Africa and helped derail a country for an election, and caused murderous riots to do so. Hundreds died.

Don't your see that that's the main destabilization method right there? And if he was that aware of the mechanism, then he was surely aware of what could be done with it. Maybe he wrote as much as possible about it because he couldn't publish the last conclusion of deliberate intent and get away with it.
