The media are either stupid and/or intentionally sensationalizing this situation - or both.Quite possibly, as it is Rooters and the Associated Presstitites, however it is declarative in the first sentence that the police "bomb" killed the suspect.
I guess the first sentence makes it even more suspicious.
Possibly the "bomb" was intended to incapacitate, not kill.
