There are more than 57,000 citizens with concealed handgun licenses in the Dallas area alone ... probably several times that number of gun owners, veterans and ex-police who haven't gone through the red tape. If the Black Panthers want to start something outside of downtown or try to overwhelm the police, they are going to rapidly regret their decision.

Putting things slightly differently, it is not a wise decision to unleash an armed mob that is compelled to protect the lives of their families and their personal property.
