Blacks, especially males, don't want to do what a white cop instructs them to do because it might give them that 'slave' feeling. THIS IS WHY THEY DO NOT OBEY ORDERS!!!

Teaching black youth to do what cops ORDER them to do would solve nearly ALL interaction problems between police and blacks!!!

Many males, especially black males, do not respect authority of any type and certainly not the authority represented by law enforcement. As others have said, much of this lack of respect stems from the lack of a male authority figure in the household.
