looks like there is no permit to carry openly in Ohio. I would guess that only applies when don't start pointing your firearm at people.

I watched a few minutes of the Lynch hearing, and rep Cornine saying that the killing in MN was a routine traffic stop, which has been proven not true, and that the guy had a conceal carry, which is unlikely since he has a record and no drivers license. I hope someone in the meeting disputes him.
