A Clinton Supreme court will also overrule the 2nd amendment case very quickly, ruling that there is no personal right to own or possess a firearm.
Clinton has made it abundantly clear that this is her view. Believe me, they will show no deference whatsoever to precedent in this case.

PREDICTION: The time for Bill Clinton to go to prison is overdue. Same for Hillary Rotten Clinton. Special prosecutors will be named for each. They will examine everything from treason to corruption and perhaps the deliberate deaths of others.
