My question is what happens in a 4-4 tie?
The lower court ruling stands. Obama's executive amnesty is dead for now because the lower court ruled against it and SCOTUS deadlocked 4-4.

Someone brought the question up already. One of those pro-perversion votes is Ginsburg. And not that it's known that she has a political agenda, she shouldn't be allowed to vote.
Even if that does happen, one of the so-called conservatives will probably vote with the bad guys. They take turns.
