I wanted an outsider but of the candidates, I like Newt the best for a lot o reasons not the least of which is the entertainment value he will provide in the debates in skewering the media and his opponent.
I think Trump should consider a new VP in four years with a long-term view of a guy, preferably and outsider, smart businessman type with a fire in his gut, who is ready, willing, and able in 2024 to walk into the WH and lead the effort to DISMANTLE the 80%+ unconstitutional central government.

O’Reilly just told Trump that NBC was reporting Pence is the VP pick and is in New York. Trump said if I remember correctly it won’t be the first time NBC has been wrong.
About 6 to 7 hrs ago on Savage. I read that on BOR a few minutes ago, hew would not deny or confirm it.
Regardless, he will sit out the run for gov as 2 Repubs have already stepped in. You don't get nominated then thrown to the curb. Trump has a place for him....just not VP.
Side note: the goofball Savage today asked DT (on live radio)if he (Trump) would induct him (Savage) into the broadcasters hall of fame (no warning, just “bam”). The egomaniac Savage.

The insanity of choosing Pence must stop. We need a qualified candidate entirely capable of stepping into President Trump's shoes day one if needed. Newt is also much more capable and forceful dealing with the Congress and Senate to get Mr. Trump's agenda passed than Pence is.

O’Reilly asked Trump about reports Pence had flown in, and Trump just clammed up and said he’s not going to talk about it, so I strongly suspect it’ll be Pence.
