I don’t get why no one with money or connections has provided that woman and her child with a different place to live.
I thought that helping others was part of the Mormon Mission.
Maybe she has turned opportunities down.

I suspect that the victim and he family are "refugees" as well.

Just an idle thought as to why the family hasn't moved out.

Don't tell me for a second that everyone in the complex doesn't know who all of these people are.
