Well, the US has been provoking both China and Russia to war in recent months.
If the economy goes south in China and/or significant worker unrest, President Xi may well take obama up as he increases tensions in the S. China Sea.
All politicians, it seems, resort to war when they’re about to lose support from the people. I reckon that Xi is no different.
The feckless fool on the hill waved his middle finger and it cost them 20 billion to start.
Strikes over economic issues are tolerated. Political dissent not so much.
