I don’t know why Jim Brulte, chairman of the state GOP, would make such a statement unless he thought it was true.

The WaPo article also goes into a little more detail on how the virus spread through the delegation.

That would also suggest a dozen or so delegates from all over CA, all lived in the same home, and or ate at the same exact CA restaurants and or all flew into Ohio on the same aircraft etc.
