People without photo identification will be able to vote in November's general election by signing an affidavit stating they could not obtain identification, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday.
U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman issued a preliminary injunction order on Tuesday in a case challenging the state's law requiring voters to have photo identification, granting a request from the American Civil Liberties Union.
The ACLU's request called for an affidavit option for voters who face a "reasonable impediment" to obtain a valid photo ID.

"reasonable impediment" to obtain a valid photo ID. Stuff and nonsense. Antiamerican Criminal Leftists Union just wants illegal aliens, felons, and dead people to vote. Twice.

I see the fix is in. Can’t believe what has happened to the judiciary in this country. No rules apply.

It won’t be in place for the August vote to CANTORIZE Paul Ryan... and he was counting on the Socialist Vote (read: Dead, Incarcerated, Unemployed & on the Dole) in Wisconsin to drag him across the finish line!
So, for the time being this is A Good Thing, Martha! ;)

Heh. I can’t buy a bottle of whiskey or sell a car that way.
Why not extend that liberty to buying pistols and so on? Those are far more trivial things.

Good idea! Then the FBI can do a detailed check on each of them right after they are done processing applications for firearm purchases. I feel much better already. NOT

Legislation from the bench.
Must be somewhere in the Constitution. I just can’t seem to locate it.

When are these states going to get smart and start offering Id sign ups at the polling place.
Voters bring some kind of Id verifying they're address, sign up get to vote that day and their name goes into a data base,
where if they make fraudulent claims, they get a subpoena in the mail instead of their Photo Id card.

The primus that only certain people can be racist based solely on their race is racist on it’s face and therefore invalid. Not to mention totally lacking in just basis logic.

Who the he$$ can live in the year 2016 AD economic environment without a valid ID?????????? ONLY ILLEGAL ALIENS THAT IS WHO!!
I have a 92 year old relative who has never driven a vehicle in her life, BUT she was able to obtain a state issued equivalent of a DL for ID purposes only. I might also add her only source of income is a very meager SS monthly payment.

I’m good with that. I want every district attorney in the state to publicly state that they will prosecute for perjury anyone who fills out an affidavit falsely as they will verify each and every one.
See how quick the ACLU actually likes this solution.
