Now, pot is legal in Washington state.

I have a bit of pot that was left to me from a friend - before it was “legal”.

I smoke it occasionally to relieve pain or tiredness.

Now since it has become legal, I actually went to a pot store and bought some.
It sits on my coffee table.
Unopened.

My point is, if it were as addictive as people say, then by now it would be long gone.

But it’s effectiveness as an analgesic/pain killer is undisputed. And welcome.

To relieve tiredness? I thought it makes you tired?

How’s your alcohol intake?

The addictive qualities in pot do not manifest in every single person. Plus the fact that you notice it is still there days much

Aspirin or Tylenol actually does the same thing without having to kill your lungs

I use an Indica strain most nights right before I go to bed. It’s been a real blessing for my pain and muscles.

I helped a friend who was sure (told by foot doctor) she needed surgery for foot pain realize she had tight leg muscles that were referring into her foot. She just every day or 2 takes a few minutes to massage that part of her leg and pain is gone, she can work her job standing full time 5 days/week.

sometimes simple things like drinking more water, eating certain nutrient foods, a little stretching, epsom salt bath, cold packs and such can relieve pain and tiredness.

A relative diagnosed w/ Polymyalgia Rheumatica (causes severe stiffness and pain shoulders and hips and fatigue - initially literally could not move her shoulders or legs to get out of bed and when someone helped her had sever pain) and cannot take usual Rx due to other health issues - she uses combination of epsom salt baths, getting in pool to move around loosen joints, Far infrared heat and cleaned up her diet to avoid foods that cause inflammation and she’s virtually pain free, no OTCs even.

lots of simple healthy ways without any possible negative effects to relieve minor and major pain and tiredness, for a wide variety of situations.

Not really. Nicotine is highly addictive and I have lots of cigars sitting around that I haven’t smoked.

I bought 2 grams a couple of years ago when I was between doctors (my regular doctor dropped out after Obamacare was passed) and I still have a little more than a gram left.

I only use it when my back is in a complete knot and the muscles won’t stop spasming. It works so much better than my prescribed muscle relaxer, is fast acting and I don’t need to take 3 pills a day for a week or more.
