When I was man stationed in Germany I was astounded to find that most beaches in Europe, especially France and Spain allow women to go topless.
Maybe they have “nude” areas now, so as not to offend the muslims.
Just being nude under your clothing offends muslims.......................
The beach I went to in Northern Germany was completely au natural. My first visit was intimidating, and my girlfriend thought my hesitancy to disrobe was hilarious. About 15 minutes later, I saw a middle aged man, who was about 5'8" and roughly 300 lbs. At that point, I said "screw it."
I stayed out of the water, though. Even during the dead of summer, the Baltic was no warmer than 50 degrees.
