The Japanese have a very efficient way of awarding the order of the hempen necktie to perps. Once sentence is passed, they never know when their date with the noose comes.

One day, the justice minister will announce the execution after the fact or the family of the perp will be called to pick up their belongings and the urn with their ashes.

Japan has their libtards too, and they don't want them holding candlelight vigils and other such crap the night before the hanging. Unlike the Chicoms, they do not send a bill to the family for the cost of the hanging and the cremation.
