Hi!

I made myself a similar breakfast, only I broke the eggs on top of the filling, left the yolks intact, and let it crust-up on the bottom. Then basted it with a blast of steam.

It left me with the runny yolks and an egg/sausage/onion base. Garnished with green onion bits. Black coffee.

But I forgot the cheese.
