SHe is the affirmative action candidate. She has to be given special help because of her favored-group identity. She got where she is because of her identity and not through merit. She was protected and promoted by the media.
On the other hand Donald Trump had to face stiff competition from numerous other candidates and a hostile media.
He is much more capable and qualified as a candidate than affirmative action Hillary.

Tome delay was indicted for less in Texas after a series of Grand Jury shoppings, and then convicted. (It took years of appeal process before DeLay was exonerated.)
