I saw Kaine on 60 Minutes. He looked like an adorning Beta Male who would like nothing more than to squat on his haunches like a monkey and groom Clinton.
It sure looks that way. He either fell asleep or passed out from too much medicine. Maybe too much medicine was the only way he could get through this moment, with his wife about to steal his thunder. Chelsea was the exact opposite, animated, totally lucid and focused, as one would expect on such an occasion.

As for Kaine, I’ve figured him out. She picked him as impeachment insurance.

Bill’s heart attack must have been quite severe, after all. Possibly he has suffered subsequent heart events. Since his life is quite private we don’t know what has happened to him, but physically and mentally he is visibly fragile and weakened.
