So owning a gun is a constitutional right too. I assume now that ID is not necessary to purchase a weapon?

“Finding that Republican lawmakers had discriminated against minorities”

Ummm, exactly HOW?! Are blacks the ONLY demographic that are incapable of obtaining ID?

Where was the ‘standing’ the courts love to use against the Constitutional leaning People? Whom has been shown ‘harm’?

Guess this means that one need not provide ID when purchasing a firearms anymore too, yes? Oh, so some ‘Rights’ are more right-y than others?

I’ve got a belly full of these black robed bastards inflicting “their” judgement over the people. Non-elected liberal trained activist demigods that actually believe they are the one and only answer to everything.

There has to be a way of ridding ourselves of these pompous self righteous socialists. The whole “justice system” has be turned into a one man or woman answer to everything., and to hell with what the people think.
