I doubt he’d be safe there from capture and extradition. Really Russia or China is the spot these days. You gotta have a place that doesn’t mind flipping the finger to the west...that also is powerful enough to deter aggression or direct action.
I’d take my chances of where I recommend, only because it is warmer there. LOL, I hate cold weather anymore.
