BRISTOL, TN (WJHL) – A man accused in a deadly shooting in Bristol, Tenn., last week was indicted Tuesday by a Sullivan County grand jury on various charges, including first-degree murder.

Looks like some are trying to excuse his crime by way of PTSD or “but he’s a veteran”. A spade is a spade.

That’s a poorly written report. I couldn’t figure out how many he killed. There was a list of “victims” but no mention of whether dead or just wounded. ????
