At least three British men who were born female are on the brink of becoming parents using IVF techniques, according to a top doctor.

Observe how the effeminate social engineers (both XX and XY) who've infested the postmodern corporate-cultural host organism make it self-evident that [naturally] elevated levels of testosterone are NOT requisite for the manifestation of vicious predatory/cannibalistic, socially destructive, behavior.

There are a couple of extremely rare medical conditions that cause a genetically male fetus to remain in the undifferentiated state (which is essentially female). Typically, individuals with these conditions think they are girls, and no one knows any different until they hit puberty and fail to develop as girls should. Then they go to the doctor and find out the truth, which can be devastating.
I found an article that stated that infants that have died of SIDS had higher than normal testosterone levels in their blood. But that was just one study a few years ago, so may not be significant.
