The Republican held Congress has sent many things to Obama's desk....where he Veto's the bill. This congress is hard working....they need a CinC who works with them.....this CnC smiles to the public and says he can't move ahead because of the Republican controlled congress..........you like your doctor? you can keep your doctor....it is not ransom money, it is their money.......Obama broke the law on that daring this congress to start impeachment proceedings....knowing the NBPP, BLM etc. along with the MSM would destroy the nation with protests, killing, mayhem beyond belief....we're stuck with this racist fraud....

Obama loves to do this in-your-face flaunting of the law. He even had Earnest “confess” that Obama knew it would be used to fund terrorism. Obama is a community organizer. His mission is to taunt and shame the oppressors, the American people, to demoralize them into a sense of hopelessness and helplessness against his power.
Can it “break” the law if the law is never enforced? Sort of like a tree falling in the forest isn’t it?

Congress has done absolutely NOTHING in the past 7+ years, and Hussein knows that in the last six months he has free reign, primarily because of the threats you list. He has been getting bolder in his arrogance and I put absolutely nothing past him. For the Country to be blackmailed is not acceptable.
Republicans blocked other bills that had damaging articles to the nation attached or were for more spending.
This congress is pretty active...do the research.
