A volleyball match Saturday between the U.S. and Puerto Rico in Rio de Janeiro included a ball out call against the Americans, prompting the Brazilian audience to cheer, according to The Daily Caller.
The unidentified NBC announcer was quick to point out that U.S. teams receive negative responses “everywhere” they play, other than at home.
“And you heard the cheers from the pro-Brazilian, pro-Puerto Rican crowd here,” the person said. “You don’t know, the United States gets cheered against everywhere in the world except the United States.”

Good. The rest of the world needs us a lot more than we need them. Many of these foreign athletes went to college in the USA.

Well, you have to consider that he/she is an America-hating Clintoon supporter. I don’t shive a git if a bunch of rich foreigners decide to cheer for people from their own countries instead of those from the U.S.A.

I was watching that game. The announcer was simply stating the obvious, I have no problem with what was said. Especially in third world countries, they love cheering against the US. Sports are a proxy for their barely concealed resentment/jealousy of all things American (oops I’m not supposed to call myself an American, it offends them). You know what, f ‘em, America first, and MAGA!
